ROKAI joined this project mid-construction. Working at pace, we redesigned the entrance, changing rooms, pool, feature staircase and Pilates studio, then took on review of finishes and look across the entire scheme.

Taking over a live build is never straightforward but what we delivered is a space we're genuinely proud to put our name to.
