The office includes a large communal kitchen, sofa area (to work/having informal meetings) and a meeting room that is bookable.

They also have a printer that prints A4 and A3.

And also has a post room, so all mail can be received even if you aren’t there.

There is a reception/building manager around all day and super friendly! 

Offer 1 - If you take the studio by the 11th of October, then I will pay for one months rent which will equate to £500/month.

Offer 2- If I don't find anyone by Mid November then I’m open to sharing it for storage. 

Or partially depending on how much stuff you have and space you take up.

If you need keys it’s a £50 deposit and ID required. Message me if you want to do this and can chat.
