We are seeking a Freelance Interior Focused Architect or Interior Designer with experience in commercial interior projects such as hotels, spas, and restaurants. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of design concepts and ideas for commercial interior projects.

• Create mood boards and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Conduct 3D spatial planning and visualisation.

• 3D modelling or 3d Sketching skills

• Research and source materials, products, and furniture.

• CAD skills are a plus but not necessary.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• At least 2 years of working experience in the UK.

• Experience with commercial interior projects (hotels, spas, restaurants) is highly desirable.

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.

• Proficiency in creating mood boards and presentations.

• Knowledge of materials and products related to interior design.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
